Fermentation will produce a high temperature of about 60c~70c, which will kill most insect eggs and grass seeds, and most harmful bacteria will also die.

It takes less than a month to stir the compost, and then continue to ferment. After about half a month, stir and turn the compost again. The composting can be completed in two or three months.
